If it's a good fit, we present our proposal — the indicative total share price, what you'd receive, and the option to retain one share if you want it. No obligation to proceed.

Step 04
Completion

We manage the UK Ltd formation, all shareholder legal work, and the transfer. You receive the proceeds from the shares sold. If you retained one, you get your owner account and booking access the same day.
