For estate agents · CoMaison

A second buyer pool for your hardest listings

CoMaison partners with estate agents to open stuck properties to share buyers, through one coordinated shared-ownership campaign, not a second listing running against yours.

The market

Listings are sitting longer than they should

The market is slow. Good properties are taking longer to move, and sellers are feeling the pressure.

A traditional single-buyer sale often means negotiating the price down, or watching a listing stall. CoMaison gives you another route: pause standard marketing for an agreed window and jointly present the property as a shared ownership opportunity instead.

How it works

One campaign. Agreed exclusivity

Step 01
You bring us a property

A listing that's struggling to sell through normal channels, or one where a shared-ownership route could open a stronger buyer pool.

Step 02
We agree terms with you

Commission split and marketing window included, agreed per property before anything starts. Specifics are set between us, not published here.

Step 03
We pause standard marketing

For the agreed exclusivity window, the property comes off normal single-buyer marketing. You and CoMaison then market it together as a shared ownership opportunity, one coordinated campaign, not two listings in parallel.

Step 04
We market to share buyers

We introduce the property to our buyer network: people looking for real ownership without buying the whole home alone.

Step 05
If it sells through CoMaison, you're paid

On the terms you agreed. The seller sells to the incoming shareholders. CoMaison facilitates the shared-ownership structure; we are not the buyer.

Straight answers

The questions agents ask first

Does this affect my existing listing?

Yes, for the agreed exclusivity window. Standard single-buyer marketing is paused while the property is marketed as a shared ownership opportunity. When the window ends, you can return to normal marketing if it has not sold.

How do I know I'll get paid?

Terms are agreed and documented before any marketing begins.

Will this undercut the property's value?

The aim is the opposite. Multiple share buyers can add up to a stronger total price than one buyer in a slow market.

What if it doesn't sell?

When the exclusivity window ends, you can put the property back on the open market exactly as before. Nothing is locked in beyond the terms you agreed.
